摘要
本文从广西乌龙茶加工过程中就做青间温度、湿度调控、轻做青、回潮、速包、包揉、低温干燥等因素对乌龙茶冷做青新技术进行阐述。
Based on many years＇resear ch,this paper summarizes clonal breeding methods of Var.Macrophylla tea trees with high yield and quality,and discusses the assessment standard for tea trees breeding.The author suggests some solutions to clonal breeding of tea trees with high-quality in the future.
