摘要
本文从组织建制、活动经费保证等方面客观分析了高校基层教工党支部建设存在的问题,并试图从理论与实践的结合上对应地探析加强和优化党建工作的对策。
This article analyzes the existing problems from organization system,activities ensurance in CPC organization development of primary level for faculty and staff in colleges,and suggests some solutions to these.
