摘要 目的 :探讨垂体增强检查中 ,三维快速梯度回波T1加权序列 ( 3D FFET1WI)的参数优化 ,并与二维自旋回波T1加权序列 ( 2D SET1WI)的图像质量进行比较。方法 :使用 1.5T高场MR成像仪及头颅正交线圈。 3 0例脑垂体均行冠状位 2D SET1WI和 3D FFET1WI检查。结果 :3D FFET1WI时 ,重复时间 /回波时间 /翻转角为 3 0ms/9ms/2 0°最佳。 3D FFET1WI序列增强扫描的单层图像信噪比较 2D SET1WI图像差 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,但叠加 3D FFE相邻层面至相当于 2D SE层厚时 ,信噪比与 2D SE比较基本上相等。病变与正常组织对比噪声比 ,3D FFET1WI明显优于 2D SET1WI(P <0 .0 1)。结论 :3D FFET1WI的空间分辨力高 ,病变 /正常垂体组织对比噪声比 ,3D FFE明显优于 2D SE(P <0 .0 1)。 Objective:To evaluate the optimization of 3D acquisition on fast field echo (FFE) sequence and to compare its image quality to that of 2D-SE T 1-weighted images. Methods:1.5T MR system and head quadrature coil were used.Coronal sections on 2D-SE T 1WI and 3D-FFE T 1WI were acquired in 30 patients.Results:The optimization parameters in 3D-FFE were TR/TE/flip angle=30ms/9ms/ 20°. SNR of single slice on 3D-FFE T 1WI was worse than that on 2D-SE T 1WI ( P <0.05),but that of the equal thickness on 3D-FFE T 1WI was equal to that on 2D-SE T 1WI.CNR of lesion/pituitary tissue on 3D-FFE T 1WI was superior to that on 2D-SE T 1WI( P <0.01 ).Conclusions:The spatial resolution and CNR of lesion/pituitary tissue on 3D-FFE T 1WI were superior to those on 2D-SE T 1WI.
