肺循环阻抗图及其二维向量环换算先天性心脏病肺动脉压的研究 被引量:1

摘要 对 34例先心病患者 (病种如下 )在手术前进行了肺循环阻抗图及其二维向量环检测 ,并与术前心导管实测肺动脉平均压 (m PAP)进行相关分析。结果表明 ,肺循环阻抗图及其二维向量环的某些指标能够反映 m PAP的变化 ,其中以 I环 /总环 ,B- YI(B- Y间期指数 )最为敏感。所建立的多元逐步回归方程可用于换算先心病患者的 m PAP,为临床了解先心病 m PAP提供了一种无创、简便、快速的电脑辅助检测方法。 Mean pulmonary arterial pressure (mPAP) was measured by using impedance pulmonary rheogram (IPR) and its 2 dimensional cycle (2 DC) in 34 patients with congenital heart disease (CHD) before operation and compared with that measured by using right cardiac catheter. The results showed that the parameters from IPR and its 2 DC could reflect the changes of mPAP in patients with CHD, with I cycle/total cycle and B Y index most sensitive. The regression equation set up by means of method of multifactor regression analysis could be used to calculate the mPAP in the patients with CHD, which offered a noninvasive, simple and automatic approach to the quantitative assessment of mPAP in patients with CHD.
