一种脉冲激光功率采集和控制系统的设计

摘要 文章根据脉冲激光功率的特点,通过系统硬件和软件的设计,实现了对脉冲激光功率的采集和控制。具体为以峰值保持电路为主的小信号采集电路的设计实现了脉冲光功率的采集,以PID为主的软件设计又完成了光功率的稳恒输出。此系统的设计能成功地用在激光打标机功率控制系统中。 According to the characteristics of the pulse laser power, this paper implements the acquisition and control of pulse laser power through the design of the hardware and software of the system, Specifically the collection of pulse optical power is completed with the small signal acquisition circuit design based on peak holding circuit, and the stable and steady output of optical power is realized through the software design based on PID. The design of the system can be successfully used in the power control system of laser marking machine.
