摘要
通过中高层管理者团体焦点访谈、调查问卷及因子分析等方法确定了影响合资企业跨文化管理能力的因素。结果表明:合资企业管理者跨文化管理能力由管理行为、文化认知和心理因素三个维度构成,体现了管理者在事务管理、文化知识以及心理素质三个方面所需必备的能力。研究结果对合资企业跨文化管理能力提升具有指导意义。
In view of problems of cross-cultural management capability of managers in joint ventures,influential factors for a joint venture’s cross-cultural management capability were identified through interviews with higher management,questionnaires and factor analysis.The result shows that managers’ cross-cultural management capability in joint ventures consists of management behaviors,cultural cognition and psychological factors,which reflect necessary capabilities of managers in joint ventures in business management,cultural knowledge and psychological quality.The research result will guide managers in joint ventures to improve their cross-culture management capability.
