摘要
目的了解深圳市市医用诊断X射线机房屏蔽防护状况,为该市的医疗诊断放射防护工作提供科学依据。方法采用ATOMTEX AT1123型X-γ辐射检测仪对医用诊断X射线机房进行检测,依据国家的相关标准进行评价。结果医用诊断X射线机房的屏蔽防护总合格率为97.45%,其中砖墙结构X射线机房合格率为99.24%,车载X射线机房合格率为79.49%。结论砖墙结构X射线机房的屏蔽防护比较满意,车载X射线机房的屏蔽防护合格率较低,必须加强车载X射线机的防护管理,采取综合防护措施。
[Objective] To understand the shielding protection status of medical diagnostic X-ray room in Shenzhen City,and provide a scientific basis for the radiological protection of medical diagnosis in this city.[Methods]Medical diagnostic X-ray room detected by the Belarus ATOMTEX AT1123 X-γ radiation detector was evaluated according to relevant national standards.[Results] The total qualified rate of shielding protection of medical diagnostic X-ray room was 97.45%,among which that of brick structure X-ray room and vehicle X-ray room was 99.24% and 99.24%,respectively.[Conclusion]The shielding protection of brick structure X-ray room is relatively satisfied,while that of the vehicle X-ray room is relatively low,it is must to strengthen the management of vehicle X-ray machine protection and to adopt comprehensive protection measures.
