摘要
采用对比的方法,从影响巨电流变体沉降稳定性的因素入手,研究微粒大小、基液黏度、温度变化、添加剂的加入等对沉降稳定性的影响。研究表明:随微粒粒径增加,沉降稳定性越差;基液黏度增加,巨电流变体的沉降稳定性提高;添加剂SDBS可显著改善Ni/TiO2基巨电流变体的沉降稳定性,沉降稳定性由85%提高到97%。
Sedimentation stabilization of Ni/TiO2 group particle GER fluid was studied by contrast method. It is found that particle sizes, fluid viscosity, variations of temperature, additive agent are main influencing factors for sedimentation stabilization. Sedimentation stabilization is increasing with particle diameter decreasing and fluid viscosity increasing. SDBS can significantly increase sedimentation stabilization of GER from 85% to 97%.
