低分子聚酰胺650对光固化涂料性能的影响研究

摘要 以E-44环氧树脂部分环氧基团与丙烯酸反应,加入经稀释剂溶解的低分子聚酰胺650,搅拌制得具有良好柔韧性的光固化涂料,讨论了聚酰胺650用量对涂料柔韧性、硬度及附着力的影响。最终得到:当聚酰胺650用量为3%(质量分数,下同)时,采用1%的二苯甲酮(BP)和0.5%的184复合引发固化,涂膜附着力达到1级,柔韧性棒轴直径为21mm,硬度为B,TGA显示固化涂膜的热分解转折温度为324℃,95%热分解温度为335℃;聚酰胺650的加入明显地改善了涂膜的综合性能。 Making part of the epoxy groups of E-44 epoxy resin react with acrylic acid, than adding low molecular weight polyamide 650 that has been dissolved in diluents, and stirring them, the light-curable coatings with good flexibility are obtained. This paper discusses the influence of polyamide 650 on the flexibility, hardness and adhesion. With the polyamide 650 amount of 3% (mass fraction), initiated by the composite initiator of BP of 1% and the 184 of 0.5%, it is gotten that the adhesion of film reaches 1 class, the diameter of flexible rod axis is 2ram and the hardness is B. TGA shows that the thermal decomposition transition temperature of cured film is 324 ℃, thermal decomposition temperature of 95% is 335 ℃, and the adding of polyamide 650 has significantly improved the overall performance of the coatings.
