摘要
研究二硫化碳暴露对粘胶纤维工人神经系统症状及体征的影响 ,在某化纤厂进行了一项横断面研究 ,共调查了CS2 作业工人 32 6名 ,对照组 10 5名。低浓度暴露组车间空气中二硫化碳浓度低于国家最高容许浓度 10mg/m3 ,高浓度组多数接触浓度约为 31mg/m3 。统计学处理由SAS软件包完成 ,方法为非条件多元Logistic回归。分析中调整了诸如年龄、性别、工龄、体质指数、吸烟、饮酒、文化程度、婚姻状况等因素。结果低浓度CS2 暴露即可导致作业工人神经系统阳性症状发生的危险性较对照组明显升高 ,并表现出二硫化碳暴露对神经系统阳性症状的剂量 -反应关系 ,而神经系统体征除温度觉外改变均不显著。此结果提示低浓度CS2
A cross sectional study was carried in order to investigate the relatinonship between carbon disulfide(CS 2)and the complatints and signs of nervous system in rayon workers.326 subjects exposed to CS 2 in a viscose rayon factory as a exposure group,105 workers from the same factory,not exposed to CS 2 or to any other neurotoxic agent,served as referents.The average CS 2 exposures of the low level study group is below 10mg/m 3,and 31mg/m 3 in high level group.Non conditional multiple logistic regression analysis was used to check for statistical differences in SAS soft ware.During the analysis,age,sex,worktime,body mass index,smoking,drinking,schooling and marriage state was adjusted.The odds ratio has significantly increaased of some complaints in workers exposed to CS 2 at levels below the present threshold limit value(10mg/m 3),as compared to controls.The dose response relationship between the exopsure to carbon disulfide and the come;paints of nervous system was demonstrated.The pathological findings in clinical neurological could not be detected except the sensitivity of temperature in person exposed to CS 2.The influence of low level CS 2 on nervous sytem in workers could not be ingnored.
