基于半导体可饱和吸收镜锁模的Yb:NaY(WO4)2飞秒激光器 被引量:4

CW Mode-Locked Yb:NaY(WO_4)_2 Femtosecond Laser with a Semiconductor Saturable-Absorber Mirror

摘要 采用提拉法生长了Yb:NaY(WO4)2晶体,使用透射式半导体可饱和吸收镜(SESAM),实现了激光二极管(LD)抽运的连续波锁模飞秒激光运转。当最大抽运功率为8.6W时,输出功率为164mW,中心谱线为1035nm,锁模脉冲的重复频率为35MHz。经测量此时锁模脉冲宽度为246fs。 Yb: NaY(WO4 )2 crystal is grown by the Czochralski method and a laser diode-pumped mode-locked Yb: NaY(WO4)2 femtosecond laser with a semiconductor saturable-absorber mirror (SESAM) is experimentally demonstrated. The average output power of 164 mW is obtained with the incident pump power of 8.6 W. The pulse duration is measured to be 246 fs with a repetition rate of 35 MHz at the central wavelength of 1035 nm.
