摘要
目的建立测定单硬脂酸甘油酯含量的高效液相-示差检测器方法。方法采用Waters Sunfire C18色谱柱,柱温为30℃,以四氢呋喃为流动相,流速为1.0mL.min-1,采用示差检测器,检测器温度为30℃,进样量为20μL。结果单硬脂酸甘油酯在1~40mg.mL-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为100.1%(RSD=1.8%,n=6)。结论本方法灵敏度高,简便快捷,适用于单硬脂酸甘油酯的含量测定和质量控制。
Objective To develop a RID-HPLC method for determination of glyceryl monostearate.Methods Waters Sunfire C18 column was adopted.The column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃ and the mobile phase was tetrahydrofuran at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The detector was differential refractive index detector with the temperature of 30 ℃.The injection volume was 20 μL.Results The linearity was excellent in the concentration rang of 1-40 mg·mL-1 for glyceryl monostearate.The average recoveries were 100.1%(RSD=1.8%,n=6).Conclusion The developed method is highly sensitive and convenient,which has been successfully applied for assay and quality control of glyceryl monostearate.
