摘要
目的:探讨妊娠高血压综合征的眼底改变。方法:对1997年至1998年住院的51例妊娠高血压患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:51例中出现眼底改变33例,占64.70%。其中眼底病变Ⅰ期16例(48.48%);Ⅱ期10例(30.30%);Ⅲ期6例(18.18%);Ⅳ期1例(3.03%)。结论:妊娠高血压综合征眼底发生率与病程有关,病程时间越长,发生率越高。重度视网膜病变的发生率与高血压、水肿、蛋白尿有一定的关系。
Objective:To observe the changes of fundus disease with pregnancy induced hypertension.Method:we carried a retrospective analysis of clinic data for 51 cases of pregnancy induced hypertension during 1997～1998.Results: Prevalence of changes of fundus disease with pregnancy induced hypertension was 64.70%.16 cases(48.48%)with gradeⅠ;10 cases(30.30%)with gradeⅡ;6 cases(18.8%with gradeⅢ;1 case(3.03%)with gradeⅣ.Conclusion:There was a tend the prevalence of the retinopathy increased with the disease course.The severity of retinopathy was closely related with hypertension.edema.urinary protein.
