摘要
原发性纤维肌痛综合征是近年来临床医师较为关注的一种以肢体疼痛为特征的肌肉骨骼系统疾患。该病病因不很明确。临床特征不多,文献报道也不多,因此在临床工作中常常被忽略。但此病于临床并不少见,以慢性肌痛,肢体僵硬,疲乏无力等为主要表现,常常严重干扰病人的工作和生活,为其带来很大痛苦。本文将本病的有关资料加以综述。
Fibromyalgia syndrome hasaroused concern recent years. The feature of the disease is the ache of muscles. The cause of disease still isn't clear and the characteristic symptoms and signs are scarce. The article correlated with this disease is lack in literature. It is overlooked often in clinical work and makes a wrong diagnosis. But this disease isn' t lack in work. Its clinic feature is chronic myalgia, stiffness of extremity, tiredness and soon. The patient often is perplexed with these symptoms. For relieving patient's suffering we should know the disease well.
