摘要
目前，人们对股骨颈骨折的认识日趋深入，治疗技术日趋成熟。治疗方法上主要有骨牵引、钉针固定、钉板固定、加压内固定及人工关节置换等。这些方法各有其独自的特点，需根据骨折部位、骨折类型、患者的身体情况及经济条件，进行综合评估，选择适当治疗方案。
At present, the people to the understanding of the femoral neck fracture is getting wide, and the treatment technology becomes more and more mature. The main treatments for femoral neck fracture have skeletal traction, needle--nail fixation, nail--board fixation, stressful internal fixation and artificial joint replacement, etc. These methods each have its characteristics, what to be ehosed should be based on fracture site, fracture type, the body condition of a patient and the economic condition. Then we choose proper treatment after a comprehensive evaluation.
