摘要
针对新造东风4 型机车车门漏风沙问题 ,分析了车体组焊过程中几点影响质量的因素 ,重点分析了机车车体侧蒙皮预拉伸对司机室门框的影响 。
With regard to air and sand leakage for newlybuilt DF 4 locomotive doors,the author has analyzed several factors to influence quality during assembly welding of locomotive bodies,particularly the influences of pretension of side covers for locomotive bodies on the door frame of cabs,reasonably improved the pretension procedure.
