摘要
目的探讨善愈腹膜前修补装置在无张力疝修补术后复发再手术中的应用。方法总结分析应用善愈腹膜前修补装置治疗49例无张力疝修补术后复发的临床与随访资料汇总。结果 49例患者全部手术治愈,手术时间27～51min,平均(41±8)min。术后切口轻微疼痛4例患者,需口服药物止痛。4例患者出现相关并发症,其中尿潴留2例,阴囊浆液肿2例,均经对症处理恢复。全组患者的平均住院时间为(2.9±0.3)d。门诊复诊或电话随访至今,无1例复发。结论善愈腹膜前修补装置是治疗无张力疝修补术后复发的理想术式。
Objective To discuss the application for repair of recurrent inguinal hernia after tension-free hernioplasty with EasyProsthesis polypropylene mesh. Methods To analyse data of operation time, mean hospitalization days, complications and follow-ups of 49 patients with recurrent inguinal hernia after tension-free hernioplasty and with treatment of EasyProsthesis preperitoneal prosthesis. Results All 49 patients were cured without recurrence based on the results of follow-ups. The operation time was 27 to 51 mins with a mean of （41 ± 8 ） mins. Four cases needed analgesic peros. 2 cases suffered scrotum hydrops, and 2 cases had urinary retention. The mean of hospital stay after operation was （2.9 ±0.3 ） days. Conclusions The tension-free repair with EasyProsthesis is ideal surgical approach for recurrent inguinal hernia after tension-flee hernioplasty.
