摘要
主要阐述了高等教育应根据人才市场变化快的特点，随时调整专业方向和人才培养的目标和模式，从静态办学转为动态办学，并提出了教育消费的新观点。
In accordance with the characteristics of a rapid change in the talents market, higher education should at all times adjust the speciality direction, the aim of training talents and its model - form static education to dynamic education. In this paper, the authors give the brief description mentioned above and propose a new viewpoint of education consume.
