摘要
民族地区乡村低碳旅游是一种有较大发展潜力的旅游形式。低碳旅游通过低碳理念、低碳技术、低碳政策的作用机理,促使民族地区乡村旅游逐步朝低碳化的方向发展;同时,民族乡村旅游在内外部动力机制作用下,向着民族乡村低碳旅游的方向发展,推动着低碳经济进一步深入发展。通过上述分析,笔者提出民族地区乡村低碳旅游发展要树立低碳理念,构建低碳产业体系、推广低碳技术,改善农村能源结构,政府、企业、游客三方通力合作,推进乡村低碳旅游发展。
Ethnic rural Low-carbon tourism is a form of tourism with great development potential. Low-carbon tourism can gradually promote the ethnic rural tourism＇s development toward low carbonization through low-carbon technologies＇ application, low-carbon idea＇s promotion and low-carbon policies＇ execution, and in the meantime, further promote the development of low- carbon economy. This paper proposes that to develop ethnic rural low-carbon tourism, we need to build up low-carbon idea, set up low-carbon industrial system, promote low-carbon technologies, improve rural energy structure, and unite with local government, enterprises and tourists.
