摘要
目的探讨早孕尿潴留的主要原因及处理对策。方法回顾分析2009年9月～2012年3月我院收治6例早孕尿潴留患者的临床相关资料。结果子宫后位是导致早孕尿潴留的主要原因。结论子宫复位是处理早孕尿潴留的关键,体位疗法可以取得满意疗效。
Objective To explore the primary causes and treatment methods for urinary retention during early pregnancy. Methods A retrospective analysis was made in the clinical data of 6 patients with urinary retention during their early pregnancy and admitted to our hospital from September 2009 to March 2012. Results Uterus retroposition was the main cause of urinary retention during early pregnancy. Conclusion Uterus reposition is the key in the treatment of urinary retention during early pregnancy. Postural therapy can achieve satisfactory curative effects.
