摘要
应用相似比理论设计了2个主管规格219×6,273×7的主管—节点板的单插板节点,并进行了节点的拉—压承载力试验,考察主管—节点板节点的承载力特性、失效及破坏模式,试验表明主管—节点板节点能够满足承载力要求,但其受压承载力小于受拉承载力,拉压荷载作用下节点发生主管局部内凹外凸的屈曲破坏,最后,探讨了主管—节点板节点的承载力计算理论,以供实际工程参考。
The paper applies the analogous theory to design the single board node of the mainpipe-node board with two specifications, φ219×6,φ273×7, undertakes the tension-compression loading experiment of nodes, considers the loading capacity features, the failure and damage modes of the mainpipe-node board, and proves by the experiments that the nodes of the mainpipe-node board can meet the loading capacity~ de- mand, but its stressed loading capacity is lower than the tension one, and the buckling damage occur on the concave and convex of the parts of the mainpipe under the tension and compression loading, and finally explores the calculating theory for the loading capacity of the mainpipe-node board, so it provides some reference for factual projects.
