摘要
《星期评论》是国民党人在"五四"新文化运动的影响下创办的进步期刊,主要撰稿人有戴季陶、沈玄庐、李汉俊、朱执信等。该刊介绍、研究国内外劳工运动,宣传社会主义和其他新思潮,倡导妇女解放,在"五四"时期名噪一时。该刊曾和《每周评论》一起,被时人誉为"舆论界中最亮的两颗明星";又与《每周评论》、《湘江评论》、《星期日》一起,并称为宣传新文化的"四大周刊"。
Weekly Review （Xingqi Pinglun） is a progressive journal sponsored by the Kuomintang Party （KMT） members motivated by the May 4th Movement. Its main authors include Dai Jitao, Shen Xuanlu, Li Hanjun and Zhu Zhixin etc. Weekly Review introduced and researched inland and overseas labor movements, propagandized socialism and other new thoughts and advocated woman＇s liberation. It gained considerable fame in the May 4th Movement era. Weekly Review and Weekly Comment （Meizhou Pinglun） were called ＂the two brightest stars of the media＂. Together with Weekly Comment, Xiangjiang Review and Sunday Newspaper, they were named ＂the top 4 journals＂ advocating New Culture.
