氨溴索对AECOPD患者血清超氧化物歧化酶、降钙素原、超敏C反应蛋白的影响 被引量:9

Effect of Ambroxol on serum SOD,procalcitonin and hs-CRP in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation

摘要 目的探讨氨溴索辅助治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者的临床疗效及对血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、降钙素原(PCT)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的影响。方法将140例AECOPD患者随机分为观察组及对照组,每组70例。2组患者均行常规治疗,观察组患者加用氨溴索注射液30 mg 2次/d静滴,连续治疗10 d。治疗前后监测患者SOD、PCT、hs-CRP含量,比较2组患者治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者SOD、PCT、hs-CRP改善情况优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论氨溴索注射液可明显改善AECOPD患者呼吸力学状态,同时减轻患者氧化应激反应,降低患者血清中炎症因子水平,对呼吸性肺损伤有保护作用。 Objective It is to explore the clinical curative effect of Ambroxol on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation (AECOPD) and its effect on serum SOD, procalcitonin (PCT) and hs -CRP. Methods 140 cases of patients with AECOPD were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 70 cases in each group. Both the groups were treated with normal therapy, the patients in observation group were given Ambroxol injection 30 mg twice per day by intravenous drip. The treatments lasted for 10 days. The contents of SOD, PCT and hs - CRP of the patients were determined before and after treatment, and the effects between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group( P 〈 0.05 ) , and the improvements of SOD, PCT and hs - CRP were aslo better than than of control group (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Ambroxol injection can obviously improve respiratory mechanics status, and relieve the reaction of oxidative stress and decrease the contents of serum inflammatory factors in the patients with AE- COPD, it has protective effect on respiratory lung injury.
