The experience of expectant fathers:a literature review

摘要 妊娠是一个新生命在母体内孕育、发展的复杂过程，成为父亲更是男性生命中的重要事件．面对妊娠的准父亲除了有着与准母亲相似的需求，更夹杂着对怀孕和成为父亲角色的情绪反应。历来生产及怀孕都把准父亲拒之门外．护理服务也忽略了这群正面临重大改变及悲喜交杂的准父亲．这与以家庭为中心的产科护理理念及全人照护的护理方向背道而驰。
