摘要
目的通过改进排班,使有限的护理人力得到最优化的组合,确保护理全程、连续,提高护士对排班的综合满意度。方法实行年计划、月排班、日调整的方式,根据年计划,对全科护士17名、助理护士10名进行按月分组;根据分组情况按月排班,根据各时段的工作量增减人员,通过3名机动护士进行轮休替换;根据患者数量增减、急诊收治等情况进行日调整。结果护士对连续性排班模式按月排班的满意度较高;护士对患者病情掌握程度、患者对责任护士知晓度、患者满意度等方面均有所提高。结论连续性排班模式按月排班能提高患者、护士、医生的满意度,使护理人力资源得到更加合理、有效的使用。
Objective To optimize nurse staffing and scheduling to ensure the continuity of nursing and improve nurses' satisfaction. Methods The scheduling was monthly designed according to the annual plan. Totally 17 nurses and 10 assistant nurses were divided into groups. The nurse staffing on each shift was daily regulated according to the workload and emergency cases. Results After the practice of monthly shift scheduling,nurses' satisfaction with the scheduling,mastery of patients' condi- tion,patients' awareness of primary nurses and patient satisfaction were improved significantly. Conclusion Reformed monthly shift scheduling can increase the satisfaction of patients ,nurses and doctors ,utilize human resources rationally and efficiently.
