摘要
目的探讨改良式子宫捆绑术治疗剖宫产术中产后出血的疗效。方法选择我院19例采用改良式子宫捆绑术治疗产后出血的患者进行回顾性分析。结果 19例患者出血均得到有效控制,成功保留子宫,术后结局良好。结论改良式B-Lynch缝合术治疗产后出血止血效果确切、快速、安全、方法简便,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the curative effect of the modified uterine bound operation in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage during cesarean section. Methods The data of 19 patients in our hospital undergoing the modified uterine bound operation to treated postpartum hemorrhage were analyzed retrospectively. Results The 19 patients bleeding were effectively control, preserved the uterus, postoperative outcome was good. Conclusion The modified uterine bound operation to treated postpartum hemorrhage is a effective,fast, safe and simple method,without affection in menstruation recovery,to worthing clinical promotion.
