转基因水稻对肉仔鸡生产性能及肠道微生物群落的影响 被引量:6

Effects of transgenic rice on the production performance and intestinal microflora of broilers

摘要 选择120只1日龄健康AA肉仔鸡,随机分为2组,每组60只,试验组饲喂含转基因双抗杂交稻的日粮,对照组饲喂含非转基因水稻的日粮,研究转基因双抗水稻(含有Bar基因和Bt-Cry1Ac基因)对肉仔鸡生产性能及肠道微生物群落的影响。屠宰试验表明:2组肉仔鸡增加的体质量、耗料量和料重比等生产指标,以及全净膛率、胸肌率、腿肌率和腹脂率等屠宰指标差异均不显著(P>0.05)。微生物培养试验表明:2组肉仔鸡回肠和盲肠中的需氧菌、大肠杆菌和乳酸杆菌数量均未达到显著性差异(P>0.05)。PCR-DGGE及聚类分析结果表明:饲喂转基因水稻对肉仔鸡回肠和盲肠微生物种群数量未产生明显影响,不同肉仔鸡个体差异较大,组内和组间相似性都不高,未出现特别异常现象。表明,饲喂含转基因水稻日粮在试验期内未对肉仔鸡生产性能及肠道微生物群落产生不良的影响。 One hundred and twenty one day-old AA broilers were allocated randomly into two groups,fed diet prepared from transgenic rice or prepared from nontransgenic rice.The experiment was conducted to study the effects of transgenic rice(with Bar gene and Bt-Cry1Ac gene)on production performance and microflora of the intestinal tract in broilers.The slaughter results showed that no significant differences in intake,weight gain,ratio of feed to gain and other production performance were observed between the test group and the control group.Full-bore rate,pectoral rate,leg rate,abdomen fat rate and other slaughter performance had no significant impact between the two groups throughout the experiment phase(P0.05).The results of conventional microbial culture methods showed that the microbial community of total aerobic bacteric,Escherichia coli and Lactobacillus had no significant differences in ileum or cecum(P0.05).PCR-DGGE and clustering analysis indicated that both between-group and within-group of broilers had obvious individual differences in microflora,but no abnormity of microflora were found in ileum or cecum.This experiment showed that there were no adverse effects of the transgenic rice on the production performance and intestinal microflora of broilers.
