摘要
目的:观察自拟中药汤剂联合盐酸氨溴索对慢性支气管炎治疗效果的临床观察。方法:选取在我院呼吸科住院的42例慢性支气管炎患者。对照组行西医常规治疗,并行盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入,而治疗组则是通过对照组治疗的基础上加上自拟中药汤剂,汤剂和雾化吸入均2次/d,7d为1个疗程,连续3疗程的治疗21d后观察两组患者治疗后的临床症状及治疗效果。结果:总有效率:对照组为85.71%,治疗组总的有效率为100%,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组及治疗组的平均住院时间分别为(9.5±0.3)d、(7.4±0.4)d,也具统计学意义。结论:盐酸氨溴索联合自拟中药汤剂治疗慢性支气管炎,具极佳的治疗效果。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect of TCM decoction combined with ambroxol hydrochloride on treating chronic bronchitis.Methods：Selecting 42 patients with chronic bronchi from our hospital.The control group was given modern medicine,plus self parallel ambroxol hydrochloride inhalation for treatment,while the treatment group was treated with TCM decoction on the base of treatment in control group,TCM decoction and inhalation 2 times a day,7days as a course,treatment along three courses,after 21days,to observe the clinical symptoms and the treatment effect in the two groups.Results：The total efficiency was 85.71% in the control group,and 100% in treatment group,the total effective rate in the two groups was statistically significant （P0.05）;The average length of stay of control group was （9.5±0.3） days and average length of stay for the control group was （7.4±0.4） days,that also has statistically significant.Conclusion：Ambroxol hydrochloride combined with self TCM decoction has excellent therapeutic effect on treating chronic bronchitis.
