摘要
目的:对应用中医辨证与西医常规疗法联合对患有急性缺血性脑卒中的患者进行治疗的临床效果进行研究分析。方法:抽取74例急性缺血性脑卒中患者病例,将其分为常规组和联合组,平均每组37例。常规组患者采用西医常规疗法进行治疗;联合组患者采用中医辨证与西医常规疗法联合进行治疗。结果:联合组患者急性缺血性脑卒中症状治疗效果明显优于常规组;治疗前后神经功能缺损评分改善幅度明显大于常规组。结论:应用中医辨证与西医常规疗法联合对患有急性缺血性脑卒中的患者进行治疗的临床效果非常明显。
Objective：To analyze the clinical effect of treating patients with acute ischemic stroke in the integrative medicine.Method：74 patients with acute ischemic stroke were divided into conventional group and combination group,37 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with routine modern medicine therapy;the combination group were treated in the integrative medicine.Result：The clinical effect of combination group is superior to that of the conventional group;the neurological deficit scores improved amplitude of before and after treatment in the combination group improved significantly larger than that in the conventional group.Conclusion：The clinical effect of integrative medicine on treating acute ischemic stroke is very obvious.
