摘要
目的:对比电针与牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法:电针组应用电针疗法,以颈三针为主辅以分经辨证取穴,与牵引治疗作对照。结果:电针组50例,痊愈25例,显效18例,好转5例,无效2例,总有效率96%,疗效优于牵引对照组(P<0.01)。结论:电针治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效优于牵引对照组。
Objective：To compare the effect of treating treating nerve root type cervical spondylosis by EA and traction.Methods：EA group was treated by EA therapy,neck three-pin main supplemented by sub-dialectical acupoints,compared with traction therapy.Results：50 cases in EA group,cured in 25 cases,18 cases were markedly,improved in 5 cases,2 cases were invalid,the total efficiency was 96%,more effective than that of traction control group （P0.01）.Conclusion：Treating nerve root type cervical spondylosis EA efficacy superior to traction.
