探讨两种抗凝剂对于微量元素测定结果的影响

摘要 目的:探讨两种抗凝剂对测定微量元素锌、铁、钙、铜、镁的影响。方法:对52例患者取双份标本,采用两种抗凝剂抗凝,然后采用原子吸收分光光度法检测。结果:肝素钠和乙二胺四乙酸二钾(EDTA.K2)抗凝两种抗凝剂对于微量元素钙、镁、锌、铜、铁的测定差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但是锌用肝素抗凝比用EDTA.K2结果偏低,而钙用肝素抗凝结果偏高。结论:两种抗凝剂不会影响血液中微量元素的测定,但是为了减少医疗纠纷,建议采用仪器推荐的肝素钠抗凝。 Objective:To approach the effect of two kinds decoagulants on trace elements zinc,iron,calcium,copper,magnesium .Method: Duplicate samples handed by two kinds decoagulants were obtained from 52 patients, and detected with atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Result: They had no significant differences which were handed by heparin sodium and dipotassium ethylene diamine tetraacetate(EDTA.K2)(P0.05); but,zinc handed by heparin sodium is more lower and calcium is more higher than they were handed by EDTA.K2.Conclusion: Two kinds decoagulants do not influence trace elements in blood , we should adopt heparin sodium recommended by instrument in order to reduce medical treatments.
