桡骨头骨折治疗进展 被引量：10

摘要 桡骨头骨折是一种较常见的关节内骨折,常有伴发伤,治疗要求较高。只有恢复桡骨头正常解剖形态及恢复肘关节的稳定性才能达到良好疗效。临床上对简单、无移位的桡骨头骨折多采取非手术治疗,对有移位、粉碎性骨折的治疗方法主要有切开复位内固定术、桡骨头切除术及人工假体置换术,但各自的适应证尚无定论。该文结合国内外相关文献,就桡骨头骨折分型、相关复合损伤及不同类型桡骨头损伤的治疗选择作一综述。
