摘要
以某型重机枪为研究对象,建立了机枪的有限元模型;在不改动机枪枪身的前提下,对机枪的枪架进行了结构参数化,并以机枪的动态特性为目标函数,以第一阶固有频率为约束条件,建立了机枪的优化模型。利用一阶优化方法,对枪架结构参数进行了优化设计。仿真结果表明,优化后的动态特性得到了明显的改善,提高了机枪的射击精度,为机枪的优化设计提供一定的参考价值。
Taking a heavy machine gun as a study object, a finite element model of the machine gun was established; On the basis of unchanging the gun-body, the gun mount was expressed with structural parameters. Moreover, the optimal model of the machine gun was created by taking the dynamic charcteristics of the gun as the objective function and the first order natural frequency as a constrained condition. By means of the first order optimal method, the gun mount was optimized. The simulation results showed that the dynamic characteristics of the gun are improved and its firing accuracy is better.
