摘要
采用盆栽控水法使土壤含水量由高到低持续减小,研究了连翘、金钟花、东北连翘和金叶连翘4种连翘属植物的生理反应。结果表明:高土壤含水量条件下脯氨酸和丙二醛含量显著增加,相对电导率、可溶性糖含量和PSⅡ最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)变化不显著;当土壤含水量降至10%(饱和含水量的30%)时,可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸和丙二醛的含量急剧增加,相对电导率也明显增大,但是Fv/Fm值在土壤含水量降至2%(饱和含水量的6%)时才开始急剧下降,说明PSⅡ反应中心受到胁迫影响相对较晚。土壤含水量降至5%(饱和含水量的15%)时4种连翘均出现明显的失水萎蔫症状。综合分析4种连翘的抗旱能力依次为:连翘>金钟花>金叶连翘>东北连翘。
Physiological responses of Forsythia suspense, F. viridissima, F. rnandshurica and F. koreana 'Suwon Gold' to soil moisture changes from saturated water content to drought stress were investigated. The results showed that the content of proline and MDA increased significantly, while the relative conductivity, soluble sugar content and the Fv/Fm had no obvious changes under the condition of high soil moisture. When the soil moisture decreased to 10% (30% of the saturated water content), the content of soluble sugar, soluble protein, proline and MDA began to increase significantly, the relative conductivity also significantly increased, however, Fv/Fm de- clined when the soil moisture decreased to 2% (6% of the saturated water content). When the soil moisture de- creased to 5 % (15 % of the saturated water content), all the 4 Forsythia species began losing water and wilting. The results indicated that their drought-resistance in the order from strong to weak was: F. suspense, F. viridis- sirna, F. koreana ' Suwon Gold', F. mandshurica.
