多发性骨髓瘤合并慢性粒-单核细胞白血病1例报告并文献复习 被引量：5

摘要 多发性骨髓瘤（multiple myeloma，MM）与慢性粒单核细胞白血病（chronic myelomonoeytic leukemi—a，CMML）均为血液系统恶性肿瘤，二者发病率均较低，前者为3／10万，约占造血系统肿瘤的10％，后者为（1—2）／10万。CMML现归属于骨髓增生异常综合征／骨髓增殖性肿瘤（MDS／MPN）的范畴。二者并存国内外仅有个例报道。近期我院收治1例MM伴CMML患者，报道如下。
