摘要
对小麦胚芽油的提取方法进行了综述,介绍了压榨法、浸出法、超临界二氧化碳萃取法、冷榨法、水酶法等制取小麦胚芽油的原理、工艺,并分析比较了各种方法的优缺点,对小麦胚芽油的工业化生产具有指导意义。
Extraction methods of wheat germ oil were reviewed, and the principles and process of press law, the leaching method, supercritical carbon dioxide extraction, cold pressing method and aqueous enzymatic were discussed. The advantages and disadvantages of different methods were compared, which could guide the industrial production of wheat germ oil.
