摘要
文章总结了武汉城市圈"两型"改革重点工作中发展循环经济、治理水生态、改造"两型化"、提高用地保障能力、促进科技成果转化和发展城乡一体化方面的成绩,分析了改革推进过程中的困难和问题,提出了开展节能减排、环境保护、金融创新、财税改革、土地管理等工作的对策与建议。
This paper summarizes reforming achievements, including developing circular economy, managing water ecology, improving ＂two - oriented＂ mode, strengthening land safeguard, promoting transformation of scientific and technologic achievements, developing city and countryside integration. With difficulties and problems of reform development analyzed, this paper also puts forward some countermeasures and advice on carrying out energy conservation and emission reduction, environmental protection, financial innovation, fiscal and tax reform, and land management.
