摘要
以计算机数据库系统为辅助工具,建立了我国沿海城市海产品有机氯农药污染数据库。使用美国环保署制定的关于海产品风险评价方法,应用数据库中的数据,对我国沿海城市海产品体内有机氯农药进行人体暴露水平估算和风险评价。结果表明,对于非致癌风险,目前我国沿海地区海产品中有机氯农药的暴露水平全部低于基准值;对于致癌风险,所有地区DDT的人体终生暴露水平高于百万分之一,个别地区CHLs和HCB的人体终生暴露水平高于百万分之一,而HCH则全部低于百万分之一。
The concentration database of organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) in the seafood of Chinese coastal area were founded by computer database system. The methods of USEPA were applied for the seafood risk assessment on potential human exposure and risk. The human risk is included two contents: one is non-carcinogenic effects, and the other is carcinogenic effects. The results show that for the non-carcinogenic effects, the human exposure levels are all lower than the benchmark concentrations, and for the carcinogenic effects ,human DDT exposure levels are higher than one millionth in all China in lifetime. CHLs and HCB are higher than one millionth in some places, HCH are lower than one millionth in all China.
