摘要
质量管理是提高高职院校教育质量的关键环节之一,对于切实提高高职院校人才培养质量具有重要的现实意义和理论价值。在管理过程中,应当妥善处理好高职质量观与工作行动、教学中心地位与高校其它工作、人才培养模式的创新、理论教学与实践教学的关系、教学方法的优化运用等五个问题。
Quality management is one of the key links in improving the quality of higher vocational education, and is of practical and theoretical value to effective improvement of the quality of talented person training in vocational colleges. In the management process, we should properly handle five problems that contain the Vocational quality consciousness and action, the status of the teaching centers and universities other work, talent training model of innovation, relationship between theoretical teaching and practical teaching, optimize the use of teaching methods
