基于精细建模技术的深部采动过程综合集成系统

摘要 深部地下开采中采动应力是导致采场冲击地压,造成片帮、冒顶乃至岩爆地质灾害的显著因素。针对深部开采过程中基本生产单元——采场回采过程中采动应力场的时空演化规律进行研究,提出深部采场精细建模技术,构建采动岩体层次细节模型、采动行为动态仿真模型、多元异质采动岩体场元模型和采动过程动态调控设计参数化自适应优化模型;整合静态场景建模技术、生产工艺动态仿真技术、采动过程应力场信息动态可视化技术、动态调控设计方案预演技术,形成深部采场回采过程综合集成系统;进而探求回采过程中采动行为变化与采动岩体场元变化间的动态解译规律,揭示回采过程应力场的时空演化过程,最终为采场开采方法选择、支护时机与位置预测、回采参数优化提供指导,为采场安全生产提供科学依据和技术支撑。 During deep mining process, mining-induced stress may serve as the principal factor for stope pressure bump, coal slide, roof collapse and even geological disasters from rock outburst. The space-time variation rules of mining-in- duced stress during the basic production unit deep mining process are studied, and the refined modeling of deep stope is pro- posed to build the level modeling of mining rock mass, the dynamic simulation model of mining action, the metamodel of muhielement heterogeneity mining rock mass and the auto-adapted optimal model for the designing parameterization of dy- namic mining control. Also such technologies, as static scene modeling technology, dynamic simulation technology of pro- duction processes, dynamic visualization techniques of mining-induced stress field information design scheme preview tech- niques of dynamic control, are integrated as a synthetic integrated system of deep stope mining. By exploring the dynamic decoding rules of the variation between the mining action and the rock mass metainformation, the space-time variation laws of the mining-induced stress are revealed. All these provide a guide for selecting the mining method, forecasting the support- ive timing and location, and optimizing the mining parameters, and also propose a scientific and technological support for the safe production.
