摘要
高压直流输电(HVDC)换流阀单阀非周期触发试验是换流阀绝缘型式试验中的难点。按照IEC 60700-1标准要求,通过对实际应力的分析及试验电路拓扑的设计,给出了满足工频补能型换流阀要求并可兼容换流阀抗电磁干扰试验的试验电路。在上述研究的基础上,顺利完成了宁东-山东直流输电工程±660kV HVDC换流阀的非周期试验,复现了工程中的非周期触发电压、电流应力。试验电压峰值达685kV,电流峰值为8.1kA,最大电流变化率达到1.4kA/μs,均满足实际工程中非周期触发试验应力的要求,并考验了换流阀的电流和电压耐受能力。试验结果表明宁东工程换流阀能够耐受规定的非周期触发应力。该试验电路设计合理,准确反映了晶闸管导通后前10μs的电压、电流应力,并实现了各强应力源μs级的时序配合。
The single-valve non-periodic firing test is one of the most difficult high-voltage direct current(HVDC) valve dielectric type tests.Analyzing actual valve stress and designing test circuit topology,we proposed a test circuit which is qualified for the valves energized by power-frequency voltage according to IEC 60700-1.A valve nonperiodic firing test for±660kV Ningdong-Shandong HVDC project was performed by using the proposed circuit.With a test with voltage peak of 685kV,current peak of 8.1kA,and maximum current variation ratio of 1.4kA/ μs,the test perfectly reproduces the actual non-periodic firing stresses.Test results show that the tested valves can withstand the specified stresses.It can be concluded that the test circuit is reasonably designed to accurately represent the first 10μs stresses after valve conduction,and achieves sequential coordination onμs level of the test stresses.
