摘要
目的研究与探讨使用复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心律失常的疗效。方法将景德镇市第三人民医院2009年1月至2012年4月收治的88例冠心病心律失常患者按用药不同分成两组,观察组和对照组各44例,观察组使用复方丹参滴丸联合胺碘酮治疗,对照组采用盐酸胺碘酮片治疗,疗程结束后比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组44例,治疗显效33例,有效8例,无效3例,总有效率93.18%,心电图显效12例,有效19例,无效14例,总有效率70.45%;对照组44例,治疗显效21例,有效12例,无效11例,总有效率75.00%,心电图显效10例,有效15例,无效19例,总有效率56.82%。观察组在疗效及心电图效果上均与对照组有显著性差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心律失常疗效显著,无不良反应,值得临床推广。
Objective To study and explore the efficacy of the CSDP treatment coronary heart arrhythmia.Methods Totally 88 patients with coronary heart arrhythmia patients wish were divided into two groups,the observation group CSDP treatment,control group treated with amiodarone hydrochloride tablets,after the end of treatment were compared treatment effects.Results Totally 44 patients in oservation group,33 cases markedly effective in 8 cases,3 cases ineffective,the total effective rate of 93.18%,ECG,12 cases markedly effective in 19 cases,ineffective in 14 cases,the total effective rate was 70.45%;44 cases of the control group,21 cases markedly effective in 12 cases,11 cases invalid,total effective rate of 75.00%,ECG 10 cases,markedly effective in 15 cases,invalid in 19 cases,total effective rate of 56.82%.Observation group in the efficacy and ECG effects of the control group was significantly difference,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusions The use of CSDP treatment coronary heart arrhythmia significant effect,no adverse reactions,worthy of promotion.
