氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片与硝苯地平控释片治疗高血压合并冠心病的疗效观察 被引量:19

Clinical observation of amlodipine-atorvastatin tablets and nifedipine sustained tablets on hypertension patients complicated with coronary heart disease

摘要 目的观察氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片与硝苯地平控释片治疗高血压合并冠心病的疗效观察。方法将本院2009年3月至2011年3月收治64例高血压合并冠心病患者随机分为对照组(硝苯地平控释片治疗)和研究组(氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗);分析两组的治疗前后血压降低情况、降压效果和心绞痛症状改善(心绞痛发作次数和硝酸甘油的用量)。结果研究组的收缩压和舒张压降低水平均大于对照组,且降压总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);减少心绞痛发作次数(P<0.05)和降低硝酸甘油用量(P<0.01)的总有效率均高于对照组。结论氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的效果较好,不仅改善血压水平,而且对冠心病的症状有较好的缓解作用。 Objective To explore the clinical observation of amlodipine-atorvastatin tablets and nifedipine sustained tablets on the hypertension patients complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods Totally hypertension patients complicated with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into control group(nifedipine sustained tablets) and observation group(amlodipine-atorvastatin tablets).The blood pressure reduction,the antihypertensive effect and improvement of angina symptoms(angina attacks and nitroglycerin dosage) were investigated between two groups.Results The reduced levels of systolic and diastolic blood pressure in observation group were larger than those in Control group,and the antihypertensive efficiency was higher than that in control group(P0.05);The total efficiency of reducing the angina attacks(P0.05) and the nitroglycerin dosage(P0.01) in observation group were also higher than the control group.Conclusions The clinical effect of amlodipine-atorvastatin tablets on the hypertension patients complicated with coronary heart disease is better,improving blood pressure levels,and alleviating the symptoms of coronary heart disease.
