摘要
目的:为选择和应用玻璃离子水门汀作为微创技术的材料,提供实验依据。方法:使用离子色谱仪比较传统型GIC和树脂改良型GIC氟释放的能力,并与复合体及不含氟复合树脂的氟释放能力进行比较。结果:实验当中8种材料的氟释放量顺序是:国产青浦>FujiⅦ>Ketae-Molar>FujiⅨ>FujiⅡLC>FujiⅡ>BeautifilⅡ>Z100。不含氟复合树脂的释氟量从第1天至实验结束,氟释放量很轻微。结论:不同类型GIC材料之间氟释放量和能力不同,选择氟释放能力强的材料对抗龋是有效的。
