2型糖尿病非痴呆患者内脏脂肪容积与海马体积的相关性 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)非痴呆患者的内脏脂肪容积(visceral fat accumulation,VFA)与海马体积和胰岛素抵抗之间的相关性。方法 48例T2DM患者,按照VFA含量分为两组,内脏肥胖组(n=30)和非内脏肥胖组(n=18)。通过核磁共振成像(MRI)对特定区域进行分析,评估海马体积。使用CT水平扫描,对腹部VFA测定。采用稳态模式评估法(HOMA)计算胰岛素抵抗指数,测定相关的空腹血生化检查。结果内脏肥胖组患者的海马体积高于非内脏肥胖组(P<0.000 1);空腹血糖(P<0.01)、胰岛素浓度(P<0.000 1)、稳态模型评估(HOMA)指数(P<0.0001)均高于非内脏肥胖组。通过对海马体积和HOMA指数进行多元回归分析,两项指标可独立预测VFA的水平。结论在本研究样本中,T2DM非痴呆患者VFA与海马体积和HOMA指数呈正相关;VFA是T2DM的非痴呆患者海马体积和胰岛素抵抗的独立影响因素。
