摘要
用常规的石蜡切片法,对(G.hirsutum L.×G.raimondii Ulbrich)F_1的三倍体和六倍体杂种的胚囊发育进行了比较研究。3x 杂种 F_1的雌性败育,主要发生在大孢子到单核胚囊期间,其败育的主要原因是产生胚囊大孢子染色体组成不完整,以致形成各种类型的异常胚囊。6x 杂种 F_1大孢子母细胞减数分裂基本恢复正常,产生较多的可育大孢子,在成熟胚囊中发育正常的胚囊约占1/3。
The development of embryo sac of triploid and hexaploid F_1 hybrid between G.hirsutum L.× G.raimondii Ulbrich was studied by using paraffin sectioning method.It was found that the female abortion of triploid F_1 hybrid occured in the stage from the megaspores developing into aninuclear embryo.The abnormal chromosome constitution of the megaspores led up to forming different kind of abnormal embryo sacs and,consequently,causing female abortion.However,the meiosis of the megaspore mother cells of hexaploid F_1 hybrid returned to normal and produced quite a lot of fertile megaspores.About one third of the embtyo sacs appeared to be normal.
