摘要
以硫酸铈铵引发丙烯腈在尼龙 6 6薄膜上进行接枝共聚反应 ,通过侧链上的氰基络合铜离子 ,然后与含硫化合物反应得到以尼龙 6 6为基体的 Cux S复合导电膜 .分析了酸度、引发剂浓度。
The graft copolymerization of acrylonitrile(AN) onto Nylon 66 film was investigated with ceric ammonium sulfate as the initiator. Cuprous ion was complexed by the cyano of the side chain. When it was treated with compounds containing sulfur, conductive Nylon 66 film was prepared. The effects of the concentration of sulfuric acid, initiator, reaction time etc. on the graft yield and the conductivity were analyzed.
