摘要
以河南为主体的中原经济区建设已正式上升为国家战略,产业集群品牌的培育和发展是加快中原经济区建设、走"三化"(工业化、城镇化和农业现代化)协调科学发展之路的重要途径。同时,中原经济区产业集群品牌建设.也面临着许多困难和挑战。必须立足于中原,树立产业集群品牌的新理念。通过"政府支持-科研院所引导-行业协会指导-集群内企业主导"的联动机制,发挥地方经济的特色优势,整合产业集群资源和现有品牌,形成地方政府、科研院所、企业乃至整个社会受益的产业集群品牌。
The construction of the Economic Region of Central China with Henan Province as the main body has grown to be a national strategy. The cultivation and development of industrial cluster brands is an important way to the acceleration of the regional construction and the coordinative and scientific development of industrialization, urbanization and agricultural modernization. However, the establishment of industrial cluster brands also faces many difficulties and challenges. Therefore, the construc- tion of industrial cluster brands for the Economic Region of Central China should be based on the Central Plains and combined with the new concept of industrial cluster brands. The linkage mechanism with supports of governments, guidance of research institutes, instruction of trade associations, dominance of cluster enterprises would be adopted to give full play to characteristic advantages of the local economy and integrate the resources of industrial clusters and the existing brands as to form the in- dustrial cluster brands which will benefit local governments, scientific research institutes and enterprises.
