摘要
设计并研究了 1 -氨基 -2 -溴蒽醌在溴化钾引发下 ,以硼酸为催化剂 ,协调 4 -位溴化、水解和溴离子氧化成溴素的反应速度 ,一浴同步直接进行羟基化的可能性和反应条件 ,进而提出了由 1 -氨基蒽醌出发 ,溴化 -水解一浴合成 1 -氨基 -2 -溴 -4 -羟基蒽醌的新工艺 .溴素单耗少于 1mol,远低于现行工艺 .减少了污染 ,简化了工序 ,具有较好的工业化前景 .
The optimum conditions for synthesis of 1 amino 2 bromo 4 hydroxyanthraquinone via cyclical reactions of bromination and hydrolysis from 1 amino 2 bromoanthraquinone are studied. In order to reduce the consumption of bromine, a new technology of synthesis of 1 amino 2 bromo 4 hydroxyanthraquinone from 1 aminoanthraquinone in the presence of boric acid with lower bromine consume is proposed. This technique can be used to prepare other 2 substitued 1 amino 4 hydroxyanthraquinone from corresponding 2 substitued 1 amino anthraquinone.
