摘要
研究了一种基于DSP和ARM的嵌入式车牌识别系统,通过DSP实现视频图像数据采集、车牌识别算法处理、网络传输等任务;ARM处理器使用Linux系统调度和管理视频接收、视频显示、识别结果显示等控制任务。整个系统通过网络实现通信与同步。
In this paper, an embedded license plate recognition system based on DSP and ARM technologies is analyzed, which captures video image signals, processes license plate recognition algorithm operation, realizes network transmission tasks and so on by DSP; at the same time, ARM uses Linux system to schedule and manage video signals receiving, displaying and recognizing results displaying and so on. Moreover, the communication and synchronization are realized through network for the whole system.
